To me being civilized means to be sifisticated and be lady/gentlemen like. Civilized people know how to handle there selves and they know how to follow rules and restictions. I thinck being civilized also means to be calm in situations.

As for your comments, you did a good job explaining what behaviors people should exhibit to be civilized, but what must people have in a society to be considered civilized.
Please add to this post and make necessary spelling and grammatical corrections. AS is 15/20 points.
